Infinity Nets (AW) poster | Yayoi Kusama Poster | Yayoi Kusama Prints

Infinity Nets (AW) poster by Yayoi Kusama explores a variation of the artist’s famous net-based abstraction. Inspired by the recognizable visual imagination of the Japanese contemporary artist, this poster creates an individual focal point for an art-led interior.

About the Artwork: Meaning & Analysis

The Infinity Nets series emerged around the time Kusama moved to New York. Its repeated gestures propose a surface with no obvious beginning or end, expressing her central interest in endlessness.

Visual Character and Composition

An accumulation of small marks creates an expansive mesh, making empty spaces between lines as important as the marks themselves. The composition rewards a slower look at how the recognizable subject, its repeated forms and the negative space relate to one another.
