Buried in a Flower Garden poster | Yayoi Kusama Poster | Yayoi Kusama Prints

Buried in a Flower Garden poster by Yayoi Kusama explores a surreal floral garden imagined as a dense, enveloping world. Inspired by the recognizable visual imagination of the Japanese contemporary artist, this poster creates an individual focal point for an art-led interior.

About the Artwork: Meaning & Analysis

The title speaks to Kusama’s habit of turning flowers into immersive psychological spaces. Her botanical subjects often move beyond still life and toward themes of repetition, growth and the relationship between individual forms and their surroundings.

Visual Character and Composition

Instead of a conventional flower study, the garden motif suggests an environment that grows around and visually absorbs the viewer. Organic shapes create a sense of abundance and enclosure. The composition rewards a slower look at how the recognizable subject, its repeated forms and the negative space relate to one another.
